Shipping Guidelines
Cove & Pearl Charleston is committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and reliably. We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders and work exclusively with selected carriers to ensure the best possible experience.
Delivery Times
Our average delivery takes between 7 and 14 business days. Times may vary based on destination and product availability. In the event of delays due to high demand or logistical factors, we will inform you promptly via email.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided during purchase. To avoid delays or lost packages, we invite you to carefully verify your shipping details before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@loretti-milano.it.
Orders with Incorrect Addresses
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Cove & Pearl Charleston is not responsible for losses due to errors in the address entered by the customer.
Once an order has been processed and entrusted to the courier (shipping phase), it is no longer possible to cancel the purchase. The customer must wait to receive the product and, only then, may they exercise the right of withdrawal by shipping the goods back to our international warehouses at their own expense.
Uncollected Orders
If a package is not collected within the timeframe established by the courier (generally 5–7 days), it will be returned to us. In this case:

The package can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

No refund is provided for packages refused or not collected without prior notice.
In the event of local logistical problems (e.g., address not found, recipient absent), the customer is required to actively cooperate with the local courier to schedule redelivery or release the shipment from storage. A lack of cooperation by the customer leading to the return of the package to the sender does not entitle the customer to an immediate refund, but will result in the automatic reshipping of the order with extended logistical timelines.
Refusal of Package
In the event of a refusal of delivery by the customer without valid justification or prior notice, we will not issue any refund. We invite you to contact us if you need to modify or postpone the delivery.
